The 2018 USDA Farm Bill legalized hemp (aka cannabis with under 0.3% THC) production at the federal level, and subsequently many states have taken steps to regulate products made from Hemp. In short, sipping Sunny is totally legal in the US… as long as you know who the Brat Pack is aka you are over the age of 21.

First of all, Sunny is totally alcohol free, so you'll feel great whenever you drink it, but also when you wake up the next day! What we do have is 3 mg of hemp-based THC paired with 3 mg of CBD. In case you'd like a little extra education, THC and CBD are both cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant and “hemp” is just another word for cannabis plants that have less than .3% THC. We bet you feel smarter already, right?

CBD pairs beautifully with THC, and when consumed at a 1:1 ratio, can have a smooth, calming effect. We think 3 mg of each is a perfect combination for a relaxed, social buzz.

In terms of when you'll get your Sunny if you've placed an order, on average, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. If you don't receive an email with tracking information three days after placing your order, feel free to contact us.
